EXERCISE OPPORTUNITY

Will be hosting a chair exercise class every Wednesday at 12:15

The class will involve no Aerobics and anyone (Even You) Can do it

 

The goal is to build Leg and Arm Strength and at the same time improve Movement and Coordination

 

So Come On Down And Give It A Try

 

EVERY WEDNESDAY
